LEADERSHIP / MENTAL HEALTH
When looking for management literature to help me to improve as a manager, this book caught my attention at the bookstore. It's written especially from a young leader, for young leaders (not from a CEO with many years of experience). Former Facebook executive Julie Zhuo provides a clear and extensive guidebook on why we need managers, which areas new managers must focus on, and how you can become an effective leader, despite having little experience and while still learning yourself.

Probably this book has helped me the most on my journey, it was exactly what I needed at that time. It offers an easily understandable guideline through the most common aspects of management and deals with many problems a young leader would face, may it be related to your work or yourself - when you have a managing role, both parts are equally important.
